I really pushed myself to the max on day eight and burned 293 Calories. My abs were looking SHREDDED and I was so so happy that I was making progress. I really started to see some big results on this day. All in all I pushed myself and got in another great workout, burning 279 Calories.Īriana Grande Abs Day Eight- Starting Physiqueĭay Eight was amazing. Once again, the workouts didn’t seem as taxing, although I still hated every second I spent doing Up and Down Plank. ![]() I ended up burning 334 Calories on this day.ĭay Seven was a tough one, but I really pushed myself and could tell that I’d been making progress. I also really started to notice my stomach getting more toned and I believe this helped motivate me to push myself harder due to the results I was seeing. I could definitely tell that my endurance for the workout program was getting stronger, as I didn’t feel as exhausted when I finished the daily routine. Lower Body Burn Day Six- Starting Physiqueĭay Six was back to the grind. I ended off my session by using my resistance bands to do a Chloé Ting Booty workout that was killer and amazing, I burned 409 Calories and really felt great doing so. I took the liberty to run on the elliptical and then do some core and back workouts by Chloe Ting. I don’t think I’ve ever been happier to not have to do an Up and Down Plank. It was also on this day that I began to find the hardest exercise to be In and Out Squats during the “Do This Everyday to Lose Weight” video.Īctive Rest Day Day Five- Starting Physiqueĭay Five was an active rest day. I began to seethe with resentment towards the Up and Down Planks, but I still pushed myself to the limits and burned 368 Calories. ![]() This was my first time having to do 5 Up and Down Planks in one session and I was not feeling it. Tight Core and Arms Workout Day Four- Starting Physiqueĭay Four had me DYING. Still, I pushed and gave it my all and ended up burning 328 Calories. The leg workout just about killed me and I was starting to get sick of the Up and Down Planks. Still, I pushed myself really hard and got in a great workout, buring 320 Calories total.ĭay Three I was really feeling the burn. I definitely was feeling the burn from day one and found the second day to be more difficult than the first day. I got in a great sweat and ended up burning 324 Calories in the 23 minute workout.ĭay Two I thought was going to be easier than the first day… I was mistaken. There were two workouts for the first day and while both were quite challenging, I pushed myself to do the very best I could. I was so excited to get this challenge started! I had buckets of energy. I am pleased to say that while I did suffer immense pain, I plan to try her 2020 Shred Challenge in the month of June.Ģ Weeks Abs Workout Challenge Day One- Starting Physiqueĭay one I was feeling great. ![]() Overall, this challenge wasn’t about losing weight or getting abs, it was about pushing myself to new limits and doing they very best I could each and everyday. However, this was my first time following one of her free programs day by day and step by step. ![]() I also have attempted some of her other HIIT workouts, along with her Booty and Arm workouts too. When I started my fitness journey back in August of 2018, I found Chloe Ting on YouTube and began to incorporate her Ab workouts into my own daily fitness routine. Now, I didn’t just jump on the #chloetingchallenge train, I’ve been a longtime STAN of Chloe Ting for almost two years. Attempting this challenge together was a great way to encourage and motivate each other to keep going, and we were able to bond over our new seething resentment towards the infamous “Up and Down Plank.” Naturally, if I was going to suffer so would my parents. With a lack of structure comes boredom, so since the beginning of May I have been working hard to complete Chloe Tings Two Week Shred Challenge on YouTube. With quarantine still underway and the weather being cold and dreary, my cabin fever has been through the roof since the end of the school year.
